The Sales Support Admin position is responsible for providing support to the projects and inside sales groups.  They are responsible for processing RFQs and assisting the projects team as required.

GW- Sales Support Administrator

Responsibilities

• Process incoming RFQs (create in CRM, print, create hard and electronic folders, distribute)

• Prepare weekly RFQ, quote, booking and sales reports • Manage RFQ/Order/Incoming Email box

• Pull reference files for project management as required and assist with getting customer feedback

• Prepare and process vendor prequalification documents

• Prepare confidentiality agreements

• File project quotes and orders, maintain reference lists, support file clerk with   scanning of final project files as required

 

Requirements

• Some College education required; College degree preferred.

• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy a must.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
